Bindseil Lane rezoning from AG to RE District
Scott Felder Homes wants to turn the old Miller estate into a 20-home subdivision on three-quarter-acre lots. Neighbors packed the hearing worried about traffic on the narrow two-lane Bindseil Lane, stormwater runoff onto downstream properties, the aquifer and well water, and losing the town's rural character. The commission forwarded a favorable recommendation, but City Council makes the final decision August 5.
