Bindseil Lane rezoning from AG to RE District
Scott Felder Homes wants to turn the old Miller estate into a 20-home subdivision on three-quarter-acre lots. The commission forwarded a favorable recommendation, but City Council makes the final decision August 5.
Subdivision Ordinance Revisions
The city's new subdivision ordinance will govern how future developments are platted, from infrastructure deadlines to lot sizes. The flashpoint: who signs off when a developer needs a small correction — the city manager alone, or the commission and council too.
Whisper Oak City Limits Boundary Change
Seven properties at 8111-8153 Whisper Oak had the city line cutting about 100 feet into their backyards. The council approved an ordinance moving the boundary to the existing rear property lines, simplifying things for both property owners and the city.
