A retired homeowner described years of problems with the commercial operation built next to his fence line: noise, litter, semi-truck traffic turning in his driveway, an address conflict still showing in tax records, and what he believes is an effort to run him out. He said he was told by engineering staff last year that his comments weren't needed because the plat was already approved.
