EMS Task Force 1 reimbursements and helicopter program costs

Collins said she proved over three months that Task Force 1 reimbursements were never tracked or audited despite officials' claims, that reimbursements for the 2025 Kerrville deployment are still missing, and that the helicopter program has lost money every year — on track to lose $1.5–2 million in 2026. She asked who will be held accountable and why the program continues.
