Opposing neighbor detailed dangerous speeding traffic, no street parking on her side, and safety problems near the apartment complex, arguing the daycare's drop-off rules can't be enforced and kids would have to cross a dangerous street.

Neighbor of 59 years said she simply doesn't want to see the neighborhood go downhill, and noted the opposition petition carried signatures from nearly every owner within 200 feet.
