In a written comment read by the city secretary, the Cobbs of 20523 Cedar Cavern formally opposed the rezoning, citing semi-rural roads not engineered for more traffic, Edwards Aquifer recharge risk, water strain, taxes, noise, light, wildlife, and loss of the view they bought their lot for.
