Falling Leaf Ranch Public Improvement District

Asked council to table Item 12 due to short notice and renewed concerns over the Friendswood Parkway expansion route behind Wilderness Trails.

Stated he is not opposed to good development paid for by developers, but questioned how public funds and TIRZ/PID bond debts are being used for roadway and subdivision paving.

Raised concerns about public bidding exemptions in development agreements and warned of financial risks if PID bonds fail.
