Water Supply Strategy
Summary
Corpus Christi is ditching its own desalination plant and might buy water from a private company instead. This could totally change how we get our drinking water, so it's a big deal to watch!

Impact analysis
This move could mean higher water bills for us if the private company charges more than our current plant.
The private water company will likely benefit from this deal, and we might benefit if they can provide water more reliably.
We could be harmed if this new deal ends up costing us more money or if the private company doesn't deliver.
