Lane v. Suarez Ethics Complaint
Converse's city manager is catching heat for allegedly teaching classes during work hours. It’s a classic case of 'are we getting what we paid for' when it comes to your tax dollars.
Annexation Requests
Converse and San Antonio finally settled their long-standing border dispute, clearing the way for new development and better city services. It’s a big deal for local planning and should help stop the confusion over who’s responsible for what in the area.
Infrastructure Impact
The Converse Animal Shelter is flooding every time it rains, and they’re blaming nearby road construction for the mess. They need the city to step up and fix the drainage issues before the building takes any more damage.
Garage Sale Regulations
Converse just dropped a fresh set of rules for garage sales, so you'll want to check the local code before you start clearing out your attic junk. Nobody wants to get slapped with a fine just for trying to get rid of old stuff.
